National Influenza Vaccination week is a national awareness week focused on highlighting the importance of influenza vaccination. The CDC recommends everyone six months of age or older to receive a flu vaccine.

i2iTracks supports organizations in monitoring patients who have received the flu vaccine and also patients who are still due for the flu vaccine.  i2iTracks can also stratify the population served and easily identify patients more high risk for serious flu complications (e.g. young children, pregnant women, people with certain chronic health conditions like asthma, diabetes, heart disease or lung disease, and people 65 years and older).

In addition to identifing patients, i2iTracks also has fully embedded tools to support patient engagement. Organizations now can do targeted outreach to patients to provide education on the importance of the vaccine, and/ or asking patients to schedule a visit with the organization (including automated appointment reminders).

Let us show you how i2i’s solution can support you and your organization. If you are interested in seeing a brief demo or would like additional information about how i2i can dramatically improve and streamline your patient engagement process, please contact us or check out our website.
