Today, we show our appreciation to the Health Center staff and volunteers who contribute to their communities. For over 50 years, Community Health Centers (CHCs) have been providing high-quality care to patients in communities across the US. Without incredible Health Center staff and volunteers, CHCs would not be able to do what they do. That same level of commitment has been tested and demonstrated throughout the 2.5 years of the COVID-19 pandemic. More than ever before, we appreciate and thank the health center staff who work around the clock and ensure patients and communities are receiving the care they deserve.
Health center staff and volunteers ensure that patients are heard, supported, and empowered to take control of their well-being. They provide care with dignity that allows communities to have not only good health, but improve care across the patient population.
Health Center staff is committed to addressing health care inequities and making sure that every member of their community has the opportunity to live full and healthy lives. Their dedication and perseverance to quality care is what keeps the engines running.
As National Health Center Week comes to a close, remember to continue celebrating the staff, volunteers, stakeholders, and patients, who are all key contributors to CHCs and the value they provide to their communities. At i2i, we live our mission statement “Serving Others for Healthy Communities”. We are honored to work with CHCs across the US and will continue to provide solutions that support the Community Health Center mission.
