Happy New Year! As we close out the first month of 2021, it is clear that the reality of the global pandemic has not changed; however, there is a feeling of hope with a vaccine. Thank you to everyone on the frontlines for all you are doing to create healthier communities.
2020 allowed i2i to exercise our solutions in new and different ways. To our devoted and passionate customers, thank you for your ongoing partnership and for allowing i2i to serve your organizations. It is your feedback and support that allowed our teams to provide valuable solutions to health centers nationwide. To our amazing employees, I am incredibly grateful for your hard work and dedication to live our company mission, day in and day out.
2021 is a year of hope and prosperity. We will all do our part to continue to make healthcare more accessible and a better experience.

As we shift our focus for the new year, it’s imperative that we look back at the challenges of 2020 in order to fully prepare for 2021. i2i experienced tremendous growth amidst market challenges. We believe the biggest contributing factor is our continued focus of living our mission of Serving Others.
There is no debate, 2020 was a challenging year.
But in acting quickly and calibrating population health management capabilities for the pandemic, i2i successfully provided digital value to healthcare workers across the care delivery model.
