[ssba]Santa Rosa, Calif. (July 21, 2015)—California-based i2i Systems, a pioneer and front-runner in integrated Population Health Management and Analytics solutions for more than 15 years, will host “HEDIS: Setting Priorities and Maximizing Returns”, a webinar, on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11a.m. PST.

The webinar will delve into HEDIS quality metrics and overall pay-for-performance (P4P) opportunities for healthcare organizations and networks, accountable care organizations, and health plans—especially those sharply focused on optimizing their population health management and on achieving the Triple Aim.

“In this new world of value-based healthcare, it is imperative to monitor quality metrics to assure compliance,” stated Nancy Thompson, i2i Systems’ Director of Education. “This is an opportunity to see how technology helps close gaps in care and supports efforts to maximize revenue potential. This webinar is a must-see.”

The complimentary webinar will be presented by industry expert, Loretta Khangura, MPH, BSN, RN, CHTS-CP, who has decades of experience in Public Health, Primary Care, and Analytics, including being a Perinatal Program Manager and QI Director. Mrs. Khangura works with healthcare organizations across the country to advance their utilization of analytics to improve quality, efficient patient-care.

In addition to helping understand HEDIS measures, Mrs. Khangura will also discuss strategies to prioritize measures of focus and show how to use i2iTracks to address care gaps.
