Gregory Wozniak, PHD, Vice President, Health Outcome Analytics, American Medical Association leads a team of data analysts and health economists in providing statistical and analytic support for the AMA health outcomes improvement programs, program evaluation and potential health care cost savings and return on investment from AMA quality improvement interventions. Dr. Wozniak has numerous publications in economics, health economics, health services research, and medical journals.

Michael Rakotz, MD, FAHA, FAAFP, Vice President, Health Outcomes,​​ American Medical Association oversees efforts to develop and implement national quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving blood pressure control and preventing cardiovascular disease. He is the AMA’s clinical lead of Target: BP®, a nationwide, multi-year initiative in collaboration with the American Heart Association to reduce the number of American adults living with uncontrolled hypertension.
